10x10 space per team.
Sampling cups, spoons and judging cups provided.
All teams can start set up and cooking as early as 9 am.
Dishes are to be ready at 2:45 pm for judging pick up and 3 pm for public sampling
Entry fee is $50 for one entry and $75 for two (one Gumbo, one Cajun dish)
